After a sale of the property had fallen through the vendors were eager to find another buyer quickly and move forward with the sale. The estate agents suggested they hold an open day.

We were brought on two days before the open day to dress the property with a mixture of new furnishings and the vendors existing items.
 

Empty properties are especially hard to sell as buyers find it hard to visualise the use and the size of rooms. We tried to maximise the potential of the property in the short time we had and utilise the space by clearly defining dining/living/sleeping areas. Brightening up rooms with soft furnishing and greenery.

After the open day they had immediate interest from buyers with intention to purchase.
