After the property had been listed for over 6 months the vendor approached us to make the property more sellable. It had been a rental for many years so looked and felt tired and unloved.

Empty properties are especially hard to sell as buyers find it hard to visualise the use and the size of rooms. In this property we had an unusual shaped master suite and the feedback from viewings was that the bedrooms were small and the exposed pipework was undesirable. The Decking was unusable and the front of the property was very dark.

We organised full styling for this property including - 

- Painting and retiling

- Outside clean up and gardening

- Full furniture dressing

- Lighting 

- Blinds/curtains

- Soft furnishings and finishing touches

After the property was re-listed on the Wednesday we had 3 viewings over the weekend and received an offer on the Monday morning which was happily accepted by the vendor. A further 2 viewings were cancelled.

Overall the vendor was extremely happy with the result as she needed a quick sale and has said would use us for future properties.
